A structured and scalable corporate identity was developed for STADT:ENSEMBLE Ludwigsburg, translating the character of the collective into a flexible visual system.
The wordmark is defined by the deliberate separation of “STADT” and “ENSEMBLE”, visually emphasizing the relationship between the city and the collective. This open space is activated through a set of nine thematic icons, each representing values and characteristics of the ensemble.
The underlying grid derives from the chosen typography and its stroke weight, creating a consistent structural logic across all applications. The icon system is designed to scale and expand into image containers, allowing photographic content to become an integral part of the identity.
The result is a clear, adaptable corporate design that combines typographic precision with visual flexibility and strong recognition across media.
