A structured and scalable visual identity was developed for STADT:ENSEMBLE Ludwigsburg, translating the character of the collective into a flexible communication system.

The wordmark is defined by the deliberate separation of “STADT” and “ENSEMBLE”, emphasizing the relationship between city and collective. This spatial tension is activated through a system of nine thematic icons, each representing core values and characteristics of the ensemble.‍

The underlying grid is derived from the typography and its stroke weight, establishing a consistent structural logic across all applications. The icon system is designed to scale and expand into image containers, allowing photographic content to become an integrated part of the identity system.

The result is a clear and adaptable visual identity that combines typographic precision with conceptual flexibility and strong recognition across media.
